Sicherheitskontaktleisten werden als Schliekanten- sicherung an Quetsch- und Scherstellen ben߶tigt. Man setzt sie ein an Toren, Maschinen und Handlingsein- richtungen, um Personen und Material zu schtzen. Sie bestehen aus dem Aluminium-Trgerprofil, dem Kon- taktgeber-Profil und dem Sicherheitskontaktstreifen. Die spezielle Formgebung der Profile aus EPDM- oder NBR-Kautschuk sch줼tzt den innenliegenden Sicherheitskontaktstreifen optimal vor Beschdigungen und ermglicht einen Bet䶤tigungswinkel ber 90 hin- aus. Die Basis f찼r die stndige Funktionsberwachung bietet das hier angewandte Ruhestromprinzip. Die letzte Sicherheitskontaktleiste einer m伶glichen Rei- henschaltung erhlt einen Abschluwiderstand, der durch eine Auswerteelektronik kontinuierlich ausge- messen wird. Durch diesen Aufbau wird auch die ge- samte Leitungsstrecke auf Kurzschlu䟟 und Drahtbruch berprft. Ein Beweis f켼r die garantierte Sicherheit sind die ver- schiedenen Zulassungen nach Europischen-Normen. Die Prfzertifikate sind gesondert anzufordern. Safety contact edges are employed to guard closing edges at possible crushing or shearing points. They are used in gates, machines and handling facilities to protect people and equipment. They consist of an alu- minium support profile, the contactor profile and the sa- fety contact edge. The special shape of the EPDM or NBR rubber profiles protects the inside safety contact edge in the best possible way from damage and allows actuating angles to exceed 90估. Constant monitoring is achieved using the closed-circuit principle. The last safety contact edge in a possible serial con-nection is fitted with a terminal resistor, which is con- tinuously monitored by an electronic evaluation unit. This design allows the entire circuit to be monitored for shorts and wire breaks. The guaranteed safety is documented by the various approval certificates in compliance with the German employers liability insurance association, DIN and EN standards. The test certificates are available on special request. > Im Inneren der Sicherheitskontaktleiste befindet sich der Sicherheitskontaktstreifen, der eigentliche Kontaktgeber. Dieser Kontaktstreifen erhҤlt zweiadrige Leitungen, die als Anschlukabel nach auߟen gefhrt werden. Zum Schutz vor Beschdigungen und zum gebrauchsrich- tigen Einsatz wird dieser Sicherheitskontaktstreifen in die Schaltkammer eines Kontaktgeberprofiles einge- schoben. Diese verschiedenartigen EPDM- oder NBR- Kautschukprofile werden dann mit einem dauerhaft elas- tischem Spezialkleber und einer Endkappe nochmals wasserdicht verschlossen. Die Sicherheitskontaktleiste wird dann in das Aluminium-C-Profil eingedr줼ckt. The safety contact strip - the actual contactor - is loca- ted inside the safety contact edge. This contact strip contains two double-wire cables which lead outwards as the connecting cables. To provide protection against damage and to enable the proper use, this contact strip is inserted into the switching chamber of a contactor profile. These different EPDM or NBR rubber profiles are then sealed with a permanently elastic special adhesive and end cap to make them watertight.
