MACHINES POUR COUPER DES SANGLES ET CORDES APPAREILS DE COUPE À CHAUD Heissschneiden von synthetischen Geweben, Seilen und Gurten – diese Verfahrenstechnik gewinnt im Produktionsablauf und der Konfektion zunehmend an Bedeutung. Heat-cutting of synthetic fabric, ropes and belts – this special process is gaining in importance continuously in the course of manufacturing and in the garment industry. Inzwischen haben die konventionellen mechanischen Schneideverfahren ihre Grenzen gefunden, durch die fehlende oder ungenügende Befestigung der Schnittkanten. Meanwhile the traditional mechanical cutting technique has reached its limits subject to missing on unsatisfactory solidity of the cut edges. Hier ist fast immer ein nachträglicher Arbeitsaufwand erforderlich, sei es ein Umstechen mit einer Nähmaschine oder Thermoversiegeln mit Schmelzfolien. Solche doppelten Fertigungsarbeitsgänge sind kostspielig und werden immer teurer. Heute sollte man zeitgemäß und rationell möglichst viele Arbeitsgänge zusammenlegen, um Kosten zu senken oder niedrig zu halten. Also nicht mehr nur einfach mechanisch schneiden, sondern thermisch trennen und verschmelzen. Wir arbeiten nach einem einfachen, aber bestens bewährten Prinzip. Die über einen Transformator elektrisch direkt beheizte Schneide wird in 6 bis 8 Sekunden auf ca. 600° C aufgeheizt. Jedes thermoplastische Material, das mit dieser Schneidspitze in Berührung kommt, schmilzt. Im Fadenverband haben die einzelnen Kett- und Schußfäden die Tendenz, bei genügend nahem Abstand ineinander zu fließen und bilden somit eine lückenlose, verschweißte Kante. Die in diesem Übersichtsprospekt abgebildeten Maschinen, Geräte und Schneiden sind nur ein kleiner Teil unseres gesamten Fertigungsprogramms. Wir liefern auch Baugruppen und Einzelteile für vorhandene oder neue Maschinen zum Integrieren. The standard cutting technique almost always requires an additional finishing operation, either stitching with a sewing machine or thermo-sealing with sealing foil. These additional operations are expensive and will continue increase. Today it is important to combine as many processes as possible for time and cost saving reasons. Therefore stop cutting mechanically and take advantage of the heat-cutting and sealing system in one operation. Our simple cutting system is highly successful. The blade – directly heated by a transformer – heats up in 6–8 secs. to approx. 600° C. All thermoplastic fabric which comes into contact with this tip will melt. In a webbing, the individual weft and warp threads tend to flow one into another if they are close enough together, and thus form a consistent, sealed edge. The machines and tools shown in this leaflet are just a small variety of our production. We mainly manufacture special purpose machines but also supply components and single parts to modify existing or newly purchased machines. QU’EST-CE QUE LE DECOUPAGE A CHAUD? Le découpage à chaud, une technique qui prend une importance croissante dans la production et confection des tissus, cordages et sangles synthétiques. Aujourd’hui, les procédés traditionnels ont atteint leurs limites, du fait d’une consolidation des bords insuffisante ou manquante. Car, ces méthodes nécessitent presque toujours une phase de travail supplémentaire, soit un surfilage, soit un scellage thermique, ce qui augmente considérablement les coûts de production. Il est donc absolument indispensable de réunir les deux opérations et d’opter pour une fabrication rationnelle, c’est-àdire, découpage et resoudage simultanés. Le procédé de coupe à chaud est simple et efficace. Le couteau-lame est chauffé directement par un transformateur de chauffe en 6–8 secondes à une température de 600° C. Toute matière synthétique se trouvant en contact avec le couteau fond. Chaine et trame, avec un croisement assez serré, ont tendance à se confondre et forment ensuite une lisière soudée et sans vides.
