Control Technology Kuhnke FIO CAM Control Nockenschaltwerk Das Nockenschaltwerk Kuhnke FIO CAM Control kann sowohl als autarke wie auch als vernetzte Systemlösung eigesetzt werden. Es bietet die Verbindung von Genauigkeit, Dynamik und effizientem Engineering und kommt hauptsächlich im Maschinen- und Sondermaschinenbau zum Einsatz, wo von der Maschinenposition abhängig mit hoher Genauigkeit gesteuert werden muss. Es ist ideal für Maschinen mit zyklisch wiederkehrenden Arbeitsabläufen. Kuhnke FIO CAM Control erhält die Istwerte von einem Drehgeber und steuert entsprechend der vom Anwender parametrierten Schaltpunkte, ggf. unter Berücksichtigung der Totzeit, die Funktionen der Maschine. Das zeitabhängige Schalten von Ausgängen ist dabei ebenso möglich wie die Nutzung nur eines Gebers über EtherCAT® zur synchronisierten Ansteuerung mehrerer FIO CAM Control Module. Die komfortable Parametrierung der Nockenfunktionen erfolgt über das Tool FIO CAM-Creator.
