Einleitung

Das Staubschutzsystem verbessert die Luftqualität in Lackierereien auf Klasse F9, erhöht die Erstlaufquote und reduziert Nacharbeiten und Reinigungszeiten. Es wird in Projekten wie den Porsche-Lackierereien in Leipzig und Zuffenhausen sowie der Daimler-Lackiererei in Ludwigsfelde eingesetzt.
Technische Details
Das System umfasst Decken- und Wandelemente mit Aluminiumrahmen, Glastüren mit Standard- oder Sicherheitsverriegelung und ein Belüftungssystem mit F7- und F9-Filtern. Ein Steuerterminal (HMI) ermöglicht die Zugangskontrolle und Überwachung des Filtersystems.
Prüfungen
Ein Aufpralltest mit einem MayTec-Glasrahmenprofil und ESG-Sicherheitsglas wurde erfolgreich bestanden. Die Testbedingungen umfassten eine Aufprallgeschwindigkeit von 20 km/h und eine Aufprallenergie von 1.600 Joule.
