Lineare Positionierungssysteme mit Piezo-Inertialantrieben
  • Miniatur Monomode Koppler MK 25: Verwendet in Mikro-/Nanotechnologie, Biotechnologie, Mikroskopie, Telekommunikation, Metrologie und F&E. Ausgestattet mit einem Piezo-Schrittmotor, der eine geringe Hysterese aufweist. Optische Höhe von 20 mm, Verfahrweg von 2 mm in xyz-Richtung, Positioniergenauigkeit besser als 100 nm.

Spiegelkippbühne MT 25
Ausgestattet mit einem piezoelektrischen Schrittmotor, der eine geringe Hysterese aufweist und die Position ohne Strom hält. Optische Höhe von 11,5 mm auf Stange, Winkelverstellung von 6 Grad (± 3 Grad). Geeignet für Spiegel mit einem Durchmesser von 12,7 mm, freie Öffnung von 9 mm. Kann als Prisma-Bühne verwendet werden, keine Endschalter erforderlich, Vakuumvorbereitung optional.
