Einleitung
Der technische Katalog von OEMER S.p.A. beschreibt die LTS Sincrovert® A.C. 3-Phasen-Synchronmotoren mit Permanentmagneten. Diese Motoren sind in Größen von 132 bis 355 erhältlich und bieten ein Drehmoment von 100 bis 15000 Nm. Der Katalog ist vorläufig und Änderungen können ohne Ankündigung erfolgen.

Allgemeine Spezifikationen
Die Motoren sind in der Bauform IM 2001 (B35) mit einem Schutzgrad von IP 55 erhältlich. Sie verfügen über eine Isolationsklasse F und Thermikschutz (PTO, PTC, PT100). Der Geräuschpegel liegt unter 73 dB(A) und die Kühlung erfolgt durch ein geschlossenes System mit externem Wärmetauscher.

Kühlung
Die erforderliche Flüssigkeitsdurchflussrate variiert je nach Größe zwischen 8 und 30 l/min. Die Kühlleistung beträgt 15 % der Nennleistung, mit einer maximalen Druckdifferenz von 0,5 bis 1 Bar.

Elektrische Daten und Leistungen
Die Motoren bieten unterschiedliche Drehmomente und Leistungen. Die Nennspannung beträgt 330 V und die Nennfrequenz 50 Hz. Die maximale Drehzahl beträgt bis zu 1000 U/min.

Die Spezifikationen umfassen kontinuierliches Drehmoment, maximales Abgabemoment, Stillstandsmoment, Polzahl, rotorisches Trägheitsmoment, Motorgewicht, Nenndrehzahl, Nenndrehmoment, mechanische Nennleistung, Nennspannung, Nennstrom, Nennfrequenz, maximaler Spitzenstrom und Nenntrom bei blockiertem Rotor.

Transducer (Encoder)
Der Encoder ist ein SinCos Absolute Multi-Turn Encoder mit Hiperface-Schnittstelle, Versorgungsspannung von 7 bis 12 Vdc und 1024 Sin-Cos-Schritten pro Umdrehung.

Thermische Schutzkontakte
Verschiedene Sensortypen wie thermische Schalter und Thermistoren werden beschrieben. Die Temperaturmessung erfolgt bei 150 °C.

Dimensionen
Die Abmessungen der Motoren werden für verschiedene Modelle in Millimetern angegeben, einschließlich Breite, Länge und Radius.
