Technische Voraussetzung dafür ist neben dem entsprechenden Spezialwerkzeug eine Drehdurchführung für das Kühlmedium, die den Anforderungen gewachsen ist. Um dies zu gewährleisten, haben wir für die 4040 DC-S-ER-DD eigens eine neue Drehdurchführung entwickelt. Bei bis zu 80 bar, optional sogar bis zu 150 bar Druck wird das Werkzeug von innen heraus stabilisiert und die optimale Spanabfuhr sichergestellt. Kurzum: Das Kühlmittel gelangt überall dorthin, wo es benötigt wird. Das Ergebnis ist eine herausragende Schnittleistung.
