MODULE MIT EINGANGSWELLE UND RÜCKLAUFSPERREN ACCESSORIESINPUTSHAFT AND BACKSTOP MODULES ICM ISM input shaft modules and BSM input * backstop modules can be fitted to most VARVEL S type gearboxes without input PCM flange and "G" type gearboxes with flexi* ble coupling in only a few minutes, using a simple Spanner. Information on the motor flanges, power and torque ratings and reduction ratios to which ISM and BSM modules can be fitted is given in the RS-RT, RD and RN-RO-RV catalogues. The overhung loads of ISM modules are the outermost overhung loads shown in the RS-RT catalogue. ISM - Input shaft module The input shaft is supported by two 2RS shielded ball bearings and does not there-fore require additional lubrication. A half coupling is provided for direct coupling to the VARVEL gearbox. BSM - Input backstop module The BSM backstop module is available in two versions: one with solid input shaft, ball bearing and backstop bearing and one with IEC or NEMA flange and backstop bearing only. The module can be fitted to any VARVEL gearbox with a "G" type flexible input coupling. Informationen über die Verfügbarkeit von Motorflanschen, Leistungen, Drehmomenten und Untersetzungen der Getriebe, an denen die Module ISM und BSM montiert werden, werden in den entsprechenden Katalogen RS-RT, RD und RN-RO-RV gegeben. Die bei den Modulen ISM auftretenden radialen Lasten entsprechen den im Katalog RS-RT dargestellten, von außen einwirkenden Eingangslasten. ISM - Modul mit Eingangswelle Die Eingangswelle wird durch zwei abgedichtete und auf Lebensdauer geschmierte Kugellager vom Typ 2RS gelagert. Für die direkte Montage an das entsprechenden VARVEL-Getriebe ist abtriebsseitig eine Halbkupplung vorgesehen. BSM Modul mit Rücklaufsperre Eingangswellew In zwei Versionen hergestellt, Eingangswelle mit Kugellager und Rücklaufsperre Eingangswelle, mit IEC- oder NEMA-Flansch, ermöglicht die Montage an jedes VARVEL-Getriebe mit Ausgleichskupplung «G».
